We’d like to take the opportunity in this Newsletter to introduce Eoin McEnery, an Associate in our Cost Management team. To support our strategic objectives, Eoin has been assigned to lead our service offering across Munster. We have been actively working on Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Funder Advisory Services projects in the province since 2015. With the company’s continued growth, and to enhance our support of Clients, we have designated Eoin and his team to lead the growth in the region.

Our experience to date in Munster stretches across a wide range of sectors including; Residential, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Retail, Cultural, and Hospitality. Below are a selection of projects which we have completed or continue being involved on today.

A bit of background about Eoin – he hails from County Limerick and loves his GAA. Previously he spent some time working in the UK and Middle East but is now happily settled back in Limerick City. Eoin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of construction consultancy to the business. Since joining, he has become a key member of our management team. Eoin collates all construction costs from our national database to help keep our clients and the rest of the Mitchell McDermott team abreast of all things inflation – no simple task given the unprecedented fluctuations of the past year.
