430,000 sqft of new office space in Dublin 1. The reception and plaza space will host semi-public circulation and event space as well as one of the biggest AV screens in Europe. Office areas consist of flexible auditorium facilities, conference facilities and “working villages”. Features include “Ohana floor’s”, kitchens, barista centre, roof terrace, green walls, flexible conference rooms and informal break out areas.
Confidential Office Fitout
The project involved the minor demolition of an existing fitout on level 6 of 1 Burlington Plaza and office fit out as per amazon standards. The floor area was 1,018m2. Amazon already occupy levels 1-4 in the building which we were also involved in previously. We provided full cost planning and post contract services on the project. Final account is currently being agreed.
Kildare Street Project
The proposed development project comprises of refurbishment of the existing 4 nr. Georgian properties to provide office space and associated storage, kitchen, restroom, and reception facilities. To the rear of the existing properties, it is proposed to construct a new state of the art commercial office. The office comprises of 1 nr. level of basement parking, bicycle storage and restroom facilities as well as 6 nr. floors of open plan office space with associated rest rooms and lobby areas.
430 Adelaide Road
Located off Adelaide Road, Saint Kevin’s in the City Centre. This project is at the early stages of design, which comprises of the demolition of an existing office block and re-development of a commercial office building set over 7 floors. The project will also consist of three basement floors with car parking and Gym facilities underground.
Major redevelopment of the Trinity Wharf Site for Wexford County Council. The masterplan includes the construction of retail, Hotel, residential units and Office space in order to provide an economic stable urban quarter. The project also hosts a landmark Cultural event centre.The proposed development also includes the provision boardwalk linking Trinity Wharf with Paul Quay and the Crescent in Wexford Town. The site extends over 3.6 of reclaimed coastal land on the southern end of Wexford Quays and affords exceptional views across Wexford Harbour.

The proposed development project comprises of construction of 2 nr blocks of mixed-use development. Block B will consist of a 7-storey building arranged around an internal courtyard accommodating 6 retail units and 3 retail/restaurant/café units at ground floor level, resident’s amenity area at first floor and 136 residential units. Block E will consist of a 9-storey building arranged around an internal courtyard accommodating 9 retail units and 2 retail/restaurant/café units at ground floor level and 143 residential units.
Located in close proximity to Foxrock and Cabinteely Villages, this development on the leafy and tranquil Brennanstown Road will benefit from direct access to the already complete Brennanstown Luas Stop linking to Dublin City Centre. The proposed Build To Rent (BTR) apartment development for U+I consists of the construction of six BTR apartment blocks ranging in height from 2 to 10 storeys, together with all associated external landscaping and amenity space and undercroft carparking. The site works consist of the site preparation and general site clearance. The total for the gross floor area of the apartment blocks is 28,142m2 excluding the undercroft car park, with a further 2,583m2 for the undercroft car park at level -01. Designed by O'Mahony Pike.
Cork St Co-Living
A five storey over basement development of 391 co-living units consisting of 385 single units and 6 double units with a total nett floor area of 7,158m2. The project also includes retail units on the ground floor and associated site development works and landscaping. Mitchell McDermott are acting as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on the scheme with planning granted.
Tallaght Apartments - SDCC
This proposed 'affordable rental' apartment development for South Dublin County Council was designed by Coady Architects. The scheme consists of 133nr units within 3nr blocks over a podium car park. The proposed buildings range in height from 7 to 8 stories, together with external landscaping and amenity space, basement and podium carparking.
Grand Canal Harbour
The proposed development project comprises of construction of 6 nr blocks. 5 nr blocks will be new build apartments including ground floor commercial space and 1 nr block will comprise of refurbishment of an existing listed warehouse building to including a café, medical centre, and a co-working office space. The development will provide 543nr. residential apartments including 50 basement car parking space and associated site works.
This project will deliver 142 apartments on the Stillorgan Road, Foxrock. The development is across two blocks surrounded by landscaped gardens and generous amenity areas. We carried out an initial Technical Due Diligence review and ongoing Project Monitoring.
The project consists of the construction of 29 Nr. Residential Units and associated Site Development Works in Lusk, North County Dublin. The units consist of varying designs and sizes ranging from 3 bed terraces, 4 bed detached and 5 bed semi-detached units.
The proposed development project comprises of construction of 2 nr. blocks of apartments, block A being five storeys high from ground to fourth floor and block B being four storeys high from ground to third floor. The development will provide 94nr. residential apartments including basement car parking and associated site works.
