Inflation Snapshot Q4 2025
Latest Insights into New Apartment Delivery Costs
The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland launched their third report on the Real Costs of New Apartment delivery this week.
This significant report analyses data covering over 10,700 apartments across three different categories in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. The report was chaired and co-authored by Paul Mitchell with colleagues from the SCSI.
The Report comprises two parts:
🔹 Part 1 follows the same format as the 2021 report exploring the viability and affordability of a standard 2 Bed apartment.
🔹 Part 2 is a new section and contains a case study on an actual apartment block.

Awards Success!

Charity Cycle 2025
Our annual Charity Cycle was held on 14th November, and to date we’ve raised over €24,000 for Women’s Aid and ISPCC Childline! Our fundraising page will remain open until Thursday 18th December if you wish to make a donation.
