Mitchell McDermott welcome the New Apartment Design Guidelines which were issued by the Government on 8 July, 2025.
The following InfoCard examines the potential savings that could be made on existing schemes. The savings will vary a lot from scheme to scheme, depending on the mix.
While the design changes introduce welcome flexibility to apartment design, there is still a need for financial subvention to achieve viability.
