MMCD is officially a Great Place to Work®

Apartment Standards Timeline 2015 to 2022

We were thrilled to be recertified as a Great Place to Work in October 2022 and delighted to rank 2nd in Ireland Best Workplaces 2023 for small firms (20 – 100 employees), and 39th in Best Workplaces Europe 2023.

Mitchell McDermott strives to be a place where people choose to work, while also developing themselves and advancing their careers. This award is due recognition of the efforts made by our team in doing so.

The prestigious Great Place to Work® recognition is based on what current employees say in a 60 question survey about their experiences working at Mitchell McDermott. We are very proud of our results across the five dimensions measured, which all averaged in the 90th percentile. These are Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.

There are lots of things that make Mitchell McDermott unique and a really great place to work, and the key ingredients are: our people; our culture of learning, growth, and innovation; and our focus on quality in all that we do.

We create this unique environment by empowering our people to have a big impact on how the business works, by giving them the ability to contribute and innovate, and fostering an environment where they can grow professionally, personally, and progress their career.

This environment is based on our 5 Core Values:

Not just business – We have fun, care for our people and help others.

Open mind – open door – We encourage questions and build the answer together.

Do the right things – We are guided by our integrity and honesty, regardless of the journey.

Mine data, share knowledge – We empower our people to use data to better serve our clients.

Find better ways – The relentless pursuit of innovation for our people and our clients

Congratulations to all of our team on this achievement, and thank you to Great Place to Work® Ireland for this recognition of our people and our culture.
